Quarantine Cooking
Spice Rani was created to indulge and experiment with home cooking. Here is also a little life detour to cooking as a mediation post work while I explore and ecreate recipes my favorite childhood dishes . (Nepal, India, Hawaii)
While we are all quarantined and deliberately making a shift towards slowing life down and cooking more than we ever before, l wanted to connect with friends, family, and extended community with food.
